What is HWID?
HWID stands for Hardware ID: a short anonymous code made from your computer's hardware. Flame uses it to tie your licence to your own PC, so a subscription can't be shared between people. It is not your name, your files or your IP address. Got a new PC? Open your account and press Reset PC lock (available once every 3 days). If that doesn't work, open a ticket on our Discord.
How do I buy a subscription?
Subscriptions are sold through our Discord.
1. Pick a plan in the
Plans section.
2. Join the
Flame Discord and open a ticket in the tickets channel.
3. Staff will tell you how to pay.
4. After payment you receive a licence key, which you redeem in your account.
Do I need Discord?
You can create an account and download the loader here without it. Discord is where you buy a subscription and get support. Linking it in your account gives you the subscriber role.
How do I redeem my key?
Log in, open your account and paste the key into Redeem a key. The time is added straight away and you can see how much is left on the same page.
How do I download Flame?
Log in, open your account and press Download loader (it needs an active subscription). Run it, log in with your username and password and press Launch. The loader installs everything for you.
Which Minecraft version does it support?
Flame runs on Minecraft 1.21.10 with Fabric. The loader sets up the right version, so you don't need to install anything by hand.
I forgot my password. What now?
Press Log in, then Forgot your password?. We email you a 6-digit code and you choose a new password. If your account was made on Discord and has no e-mail, open a ticket on our Discord.
Can I get banned for using Flame?
Flame is a client with modules that some servers don't allow. Rules are different on every server, so check them before you play. You are responsible for how and where you use it.
Something doesn't work. Where do I get help?
Open a ticket on the
Flame Discord and describe what happened. A screenshot or the game log helps us a lot.
