Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use the Flame website, the Flame loader and the Flame client (together, “the service”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. What Flame is
Flame is a client modification for Minecraft Java Edition (1.21.10, Fabric). It is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Mojang Studios or Microsoft. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios.
2. Your account
- Give accurate information and keep your password secret. You are responsible for everything done with your account.
- One account per person. Do not create accounts to get around a ban or a limit.
- If you think someone else has access to your account, change your password and tell us.
3. Subscriptions and keys
- A subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Flame client for the time you bought. It does not give you ownership of the software.
- Keys are single-use. A subscription works on one PC at a time (see HWID in our FAQ). You can move it with the “Reset PC lock” option in your account.
- Do not share, sell, leak or resell your account, keys or the software.
4. Payments and refunds
Subscriptions are sold through tickets on our Discord, and staff tell you how to pay. After payment you receive a licence key. Because a key gives you access to digital content straight away, it is generally not refundable once it has been delivered or redeemed. If something went wrong with your purchase, open a ticket and we will look at it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- reverse engineer, decompile, modify, crack or redistribute the software or the loader;
- attack, overload or try to get unauthorised access to our servers or other users’ accounts;
- bypass the licence, the PC lock or any other protection;
- use the service for anything illegal.
If you break these rules we may suspend or ban your account and end your subscription without a refund.
6. Using Flame on Minecraft servers
Many servers do not allow client modifications, and rules differ from server to server. You are responsible for checking the rules of every server you play on. We are not responsible for bans, lost progress or any other action a server takes against you.
7. Availability and liability
We work to keep the service running, but it is provided “as is” and may change or be unavailable from time to time. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, and our total liability for the service is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in question. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Changes and ending the service
We may update these terms or the service. If we change the terms, we will update the date above. You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time.
